Growing up in Brazil, yucca was a staple ingredient in my home. From yucca fries to pão de queijo, its versatility allowed us to incorporate it into many dishes. My mother frequently used yucca in her recipes, and my favorite was biscoitinho, which is what we are introducing on this site. She dreamed of bringing her recipes to life through a business, but unfortunately, she wasn’t able to. I want to revive that dream and bring it to fruition with YuSnack, so that everyone can enjoy wholesome snacks without regret.

Starting YuSnack, I realized I wanted it to offer healthier options that my own children cold enjoy on the go, without craving unhealthy alternatives. Keeping up with the news, articles, and TikTok trends on healthy eating and mindfulness, I aimed to infuse these principles into my products. I replaced common oils and salts with avocado oil and pink Himalayan salt to enhance flavor without compromising health benefits. Now, I’m proud to share a product I believe in. 

YuSnack is a gluten-free snack which comes in two different flavors! We are excited to embark on this journey of creating nutritious yet delicious snacks for everyone to savor, any time of day.
