Shipping destinations
YuSnack currently ships online orders only to eligible delivery addresses within New York State, United States. Checkout does not accept delivery addresses outside New York State. We do not currently offer international shipping or a free-shipping promotion.
Shipping charges: $9.95 per box
Shipping is a flat $9.95 for each YuSnack box purchased, regardless of whether the box contains 20, 30, or 40 snack packs or which available flavor is selected. Shipping is charged per box, not per order. The total shipping charge is calculated from the number of boxes in the cart and is displayed before payment. Choosing a larger box provides more snack packs for the same per-box shipping charge. This is a store shipping charge; it is not a representation of the exact postage purchased from USPS.
Carrier and order processing
We generally ship using USPS Ground Advantage. We aim to prepare orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to inventory, holidays, and operational circumstances. The carrier typically estimates approximately 2 to 5 business days in transit after accepting a package, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Addresses, delays, and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment. If a shipment is delayed, marked delivered but not received, returned to sender, or arrives damaged, email madeofyuccausa@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details. We will review the circumstances and assist as appropriate. Any additional shipping charges for an address error or reshipment will be discussed with the customer before being charged, subject to applicable law.
Order changes
Please contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after preparation or shipment has begun. Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
